From Shaughnessy's article in today's Globe:

"After the final out, thousands of Sox fans convened behind the third base dugout and lingered for more than an hour, standing, chanting, and saluting their champions. The first "Yankees suck" chorus broke out 22 minutes after the game ended."

What else is there?

Oh, yeah, and to any one of the folks out there who are whining that the Pats were "unsportsmanlike" in running up the score against the Red Skins; excuse me, these are highly paid adult, professional atheletes on both sides, not 8 year old Little Leaguers or an undersized community college football team playing Ohio State, and if you play on a bad team, you should expect to get run over. That's my two cents anyway.

It's not like their qb isn't aiming at shattering Manning's record for tds in a season. It's all about stats sometimes.
